有親子房，這個點贊，房間大，衞生不錯，離東門近，咖啡廳環境很好。幾個大家提到過的問題，有甲醛味，衞生間回水臭。盥洗台和單人床位置安排有點怪；淋浴間外無掛鈎

離開賽里木湖十多天了，實在是越想越氣。再次打開評價都給我整笑了，201個好評，還有125個差評。新店開業不到一個月評論炸成這樣，説明這酒店真是一把的坑。1300一晚的房間，行李箱打開都困難，上樓還得爬樓梯，讓前台安排人幫忙扛下行李，半天了也沒人來，人手調度差勁。唯一的優點是廁所寬敞，食堂自費晚餐味道還可以。考慮到是草原，有大飛蛾在房間也就忍了，地理問題可以寬容。陽台沒啥景色，洗澡熱水有限。總之，別來。

酒店位置較為偏，是獨立的一片，離吃飯的地方要開車前往。我們訂的房間比較小，對於二大二小來説有點擁擠。熱水供應不足，兩個人之間需要間隔45分鐘，晚上不知道什麼原因，停電了將近二十分鐘，還好房間有應急燈能保證照明。

房間空間有點小，不隔音，能清晰的聽到走廊的説話聲音。不過在賽里木湖景區這樣的地方已經算可以吧，就是服務前台有點愛答不理。湖邊東門正在建很多酒店有萬豪的，期待下次來能入住上

看到評分3.8，心就涼了😵💫
房間內很多地方都沒清潔到
開門時窗戶被吹開，紗窗壞了，關上窗會有很大的風聲，躺門壞的
要求職員來看，小妹上來時啥也不會，一直說沒房間可以換。最後打電話給前臺，就讓我換到隔壁房間
新房間的淋浴間內，竟然沒有洗髮水（兩瓶沐浴乳，一瓶護髮露）
櫃檯有污跡，沙發上有垃圾，洗手檯有污跡
訂的是貴賓樓，安排A棟
唯一可以讚的是B棟5樓的咖啡廳，服務好，舒服，看到如畫般風景
住宿不值這價格
